(Pulse)Budding singer Sammy Davids talks with Pulse TV Nigeria, discuss his feat so far in the music industry.
Davids reveals he got started with music from the church where he got familiar playing with instruments like the drums and keyboard, and also being in the choir.
The singer defines his sound as Afro pop and explains the concept as he understands it.

He identifies Wande Coal, Wizkid as his industry mentors. “Basically everyone that is young, that is doing music and doing well inspire me, like ok that guy is doing this, let me do it too.”
When asked what we can expect from him this year, the singer reveals there is a music video for his single ‘Story’ in the works and will be working on collaborations with other acts.

He also tells of how he deals with female fans amongst other things.
On how he measures his success, Sammy says, “I think I’ll always be hungry, no matter the stage I get to, I’ll never be satisfied basically…World domination, let’s go!”
