Twitter never rests and Ugandan President, Yoweri Museveni, is currently feeling the full force of Twitter's comedic capabilities.
On Tuesday, July 11, 2016, a picture of the Ugandan president stopping his very long motorcade to make a phone call surfaced online and all of African Twitter went nuts.
The president was reportedly on his way to a public function in the South West district of Isingiro when his motorcade stopped and a padded folded seat was availed Museveni to make a 30-minute phone call.
Museveni's press secretary, Nabusayi L. Wamboka, then proceeded to post the picture on the Internet. Wrong move.
Within hours, countless memes such as those below surfaced parodying the picture with the hashtag #MuseveniPhoneCalland they are seriously hilarious.
